At nöl collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable pieces, which is why we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar durable container, including the packing slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
